Example system

Portal Runner

Some software won't connect to anything. Portal Runner is an AI agent that works in those websites and portals the way a person would, using access you grant, filling forms, downloading reports and stopping for your OK.

Can AI automate a website that has no API?

Often, yes. A browser agent can open a portal, read the page, fill in fields and download files the way a person does. It's slower than a direct integration and needs attention when a site changes, so we use it where no integration exists and keep an approval step before anything is submitted.

Part of a connected system

This example belongs to Integrations & Automation (from $1,197). It is a possible component of a scoped build, not a standalone micro-service.

Who it's for

Businesses that retype the same information into supplier, insurance, permit or government portals.

What it connects to

The portal in a browser, Google Sheets or your CRM for the data, email alerts.

What the workflow can look like

  1. A trigger starts the run, such as a new order, a schedule or a request from your team.
  2. The agent opens the portal with access you grant for this purpose.
  3. It reads, fills in, downloads or copies the information the task needs.
  4. Before anything is submitted, paid or sent, it stops for a person to approve.
  5. Results are logged, and you're alerted if the site changes or a step fails.

Illustrative scenario only. This is not a client case study, a live product demo or a promise of specific results.

What stays in your hands

  • You approve every submission, and the agent never pays or signs for you.
  • You control the access and can turn it off any time.
  • We follow each site's terms of use, and some sites don't allow automation.

What we confirm in your AI Audit

  • Which portals take up your team's time.
  • What each task involves, step by step.
  • Each site's terms and sign-in rules.

Integrations & Automation

For businesses with useful apps that still require someone to copy the same information from one place to another.

COI and License Tracker

AI reads insurance certificates, licenses and permits, tracks expiration dates, requests renewals from subcontractors and vendors, and alerts you early.

Also part of Integrations & Automation.

Illustrative system designs, not standalone low-price packages or client results. Exact scope is agreed after the audit.

Questions before you start

Is this the same as RPA?

It's similar to robotic process automation, but AI reads pages that change instead of following fixed clicks, so it breaks less often.

What kinds of portals?

Supplier ordering sites, insurance and benefits portals, permit and licensing sites, and older software with a web screen.

What if the website changes?

The agent alerts you when a step fails, and care plans cover fixing it.

Is it allowed?

It depends on each site's terms. We check them in the AI Audit and skip sites that don't allow automation.
