These Terms of Service apply to alln1business.com and to the services offered by Alln1 Business, 8236 Dover St, Houston, TX 77061 ("Alln1 Business", "we", "us"). By using this website or our services, you agree to these terms.
We design, connect and manage AI systems and automations for small businesses. The scope, price and timeline of any project are set in a written proposal or agreement that you approve before work starts. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement controls.
You may use this website to learn about our services and contact us. Please do not misuse the site, try to break its security, or submit false information through its forms or chat.
Our systems run inside tools you own or subscribe to, such as your CRM, phone, calendar, email and accounting software. Those providers have their own terms and charges, which you pay directly. We are not responsible for outages or changes made by those providers.
Program. Alln1 Business sends customer care text messages from (832) 664-7441. These are replies to people who called us and we missed the call, replies to questions you send us through our website chat, contact form or by text, and messages about an appointment or project you asked us about.
Consent. Texting is optional. You agree to receive these messages only if you check the optional, unchecked-by-default text message box on our website contact form, text us first, opt in through our website chat, or call us and we miss your call and reply by text. You can send our contact form without checking the box. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency. Message frequency varies with your conversation with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed and then no more. Reply START to opt back in.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. We do not share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We work to make every system reliable, but we do not guarantee specific business results. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service the claim is about.
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
